Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and TBD — company legal name (“Üre,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your use of the Üremobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use the Service. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. License to use the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Service on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to permit any third party to:

  • Use the Service to create, share, or distribute content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, incitement to violence, harassment, or otherwise violates applicable law.
  • Attempt to generate content that depicts real identifiable individuals in misleading, defamatory, or non-consensual ways.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or AI model weights underlying the Service.
  • Interfere with, probe, or circumvent any security, rate-limiting, or content-safety mechanism.
  • Use the Service to build a competing product or to train machine learning models.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service except as expressly permitted.

5. User content

“User Content” means the stories, characters, prompts, images, audio, and other materials you submit or generate through the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service and to provide it back to you.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit your User Content and that it does not violate applicable law or any third-party rights.

6. AI-generated output

The Service produces text, images, and audio using machine-learning models (“Output”). Output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or similar to output generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing Output before relying on or distributing it. We make no warranty that Output is original, accurate, fit for a particular purpose, or free of third-party rights.

To the extent we have rights in the Output, we assign them to you, subject to your compliance with these Terms. Similar or identical Output may be generated for other users and we make no exclusivity commitment.

7. Subscriptions and in-app purchases

Portions of the Service may be offered on a paid or subscription basis. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their respective terms. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period at the then-current price until cancelled. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device settings. Refunds, when available, are governed by the applicable app store policy.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, design, branding, and content (other than User Content), is owned by TBD — company legal name or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party platforms and providers, including AI inference, cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, and in-app purchase processors. Your use of those components may be subject to their own terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TBD — COMPANY LEGAL NAME AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 50.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TBD — company legal nameand its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of TBD — e.g., Turkey / Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law gives you other rights.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material we will notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Apple App Store — Licensed Application End User License Agreement

If you downloaded Üre from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply between you and TBD — company legal name. You acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and TBD — company legal name only, and not with Apple, and that TBD — company legal name, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Service and its content.

  • Scope of license. The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Service on any Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
  • Maintenance and support. TBD — company legal name, not Apple, is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Service.
  • Warranty. TBD — company legal name is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the Service to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the Service to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Service.
  • Product claims. TBD — company legal name, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Service or your possession and/or use of the Service, including (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Service fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
  • Intellectual property rights.In the event of any third-party claim that the Service or your possession and use of the Service infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, TBD — company legal name, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
  • Legal compliance.You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Third-party beneficiary.You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
